ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, AND MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS: You can now purchase and pay for a NEW CONSTRUCTION Residential Permit ONLINE! You are required to log in to purchase a permit. You must be able to supply the building permit number that the electrical permit is being purchased under. You can download a document to assist you with purchasing this permit here.

Enter information below to search the City's database. Permits can be searched for by entering any of the following information:

Please fill in as much information as you know to reduce the amount of permits that are returned from the search. The most accurate and simple search is by the permit number because only one record will be returned.

The default date range is the most current 12 years. These dates can be changed to whatever range is needed. Permit records go back to 1983.

If you are logged in as a registered contractor, just below this text on the right side, there is a check box that says "Search my records only". Make sure this box is checked when you are doing a manual search on address or license number to include ONLY your permits.
